Returns & Cancellations Policy
At PlyLining 2U, all our products are custom-made to order, ensuring a perfect fit for your specific van model. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Cancellations
As all ply lining kits are manufactured to order, we cannot accept cancellations after purchase.
Please ensure all details, including van make, model, and year, are correct before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part.
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, please provide clear photographs and a detailed description of the problem.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please inspect the goods upon delivery and note any damage with the courier.
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Important Notes
As each kit is made to order, we cannot resell returned items, which is why all sales are final.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct kit for their vehicle.
